Here Are Some Spotify Tips and Tricks That You Should Learn

If you’re a music lover, you’re probably familiar with Spotify. Spotify is a music streaming service that offers users access to millions of songs. You can create and share your playlists or listen to others’ playlists.

While many people use Spotify frequently, there are tips and tricks that some people may not know. This article will teach you some Spotify tricks that not everyone knows.

1. How to Import Local Music on Spotify

One popular way to listen to music on Spotify is to import your local music files. This can be done by using the Spotify desktop app for Mac or Windows.

Before you begin, make sure that you have the Spotify desktop app installed on your computer. You can download the app for free from the Spotify website.

Once the Spotify app is installed, launch it and sign in with your Spotify account. Then, click on the “Edit” menu at the top of the window and select “Preferences.”

In the Preferences window, click on the “Local Files” tab. Then, click on the “Add a Source” button and select the folder on your computer where your local music files are stored.

Spotify will now scan your computer for local music files. Once the scan is complete, your local music files will appear in the “Local Files” section of the Spotify app.

2. Selecting Multiple Songs on Spotify

To select multiple songs on Spotify, first open the app and sign in. Then, go to the “My Music” tab and select the “Songs” option. You will see a list of all the songs that you have saved to your Spotify library.

To select multiple songs, press and hold the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard (Windows) or the “Command” key (Mac). Then, click on each song you want to add to your playlist. Once you have selected all of the songs that you want, you can then do what you want with it. You can delete it, add them to a playlist or add them to your queue.

3. How to Queue a Song with One Swipe

Do you want to queue up a song without going through your entire music library? Here’s how to do it with just one swipe! Open your music library and find the song you want to queue. Then, swipe from left to right on the song’s title, which should automatically add it to your queue.

4. How to Find Lyrics to a Song on Spotify

First, open the Spotify app and start playing the song you want to find the lyrics for. Then, tap the “…” icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “Go to Song Info.”

Scroll down to the “Lyrics” section and tap “See Full Lyrics.” If the lyrics aren’t available for the song you’re playing, you’ll see a message that says, “Lyrics not available for this track.”

You can also find the lyrics for a song by searching for it in the Spotify app. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the screen and enter the song title in the search field then just repeat the steps above.

Spotify also has a feature that allows you to see the lyrics for songs as they’re playing. To turn this on, tap the “…” icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “Settings.”

Scroll down to the “Display” section and toggle on the “Show Lyrics” option. Once enabled, the lyrics for the song you’re playing will appear on the screen as they’re sung.
